What the first month actually looks like

You should know exactly what the first month looks like before you pay for any of it.

How it runs

Four weeks to live, then a weekly rhythm

You should know what the first month looks like before you pay for it.

Week 0

Free audit

We go through your Klaviyo account and your store, and write up the three biggest gaps with the fix for each. You keep it whether or not you hire us. If the honest answer is that you don’t need an agency yet, that’s what the audit will say.

Week 1

Onboarding & strategy

A deep onboarding form, then a call long enough to actually understand the brand — voice, customer, margin structure, consumption cycle. Deliverability audit and authentication fixes start immediately, because they take time to season.

Weeks 2–3

First campaigns and core flows

Campaigns start going out in week two — you should see the channel move before the full build is finished. Welcome, cart, checkout and browse abandonment are built and switched on.

Week 4+

Full program & iteration

Remaining flows go live. From here it’s a weekly rhythm: campaigns planned and sent, one test running at a time, and a written update every week covering what shipped, what it did, and what’s next.

What you actually have to do

  • Approve creative. Usually a few minutes, a couple of times a week.
  • Answer product questions we can’t answer for you — launches, stock, margin.
  • Read one written update per week. Reply if you disagree with the plan.

That’s the whole ask. If it needs more of your time than that, we’ve designed it wrong.

Who it’s built for

Where lifecycle email pays for itself fastest

Repeat purchase, a consumption cycle, or a considered second order. If your product has one of those, a flow programme compounds.
